Cowessess Wind Turbine-Battery Storage Project Gets a Boost

This past Sunday, the Government of Canada formally announced its support for the Cowessess First Nation’s Wind Turbine-Battery Storage demonstration project.  The project involves installing an 800-kW wind turbine and 1000-kWh lithium-ion battery storage system on Cowessess First Nation (CFN) land 2-km southeast of Regina.
