A Celebration of Projects that Matter

We at McNair Business Development are very privileged to work on projects that matter to the Province - from modernization of the public sector; to the expansion of private investment; to opportunity development for First Nations communities.  We also recognize the importance of taking time to celebrate Saskatchewan’s success, thank our valued clients and bring together business and government leaders at our Annual Business Celebration.

On Wednesday November 3rd 2010, McNair welcomed over 100 friends, colleagues and distinguished guests into our Regina-based office.  The evening provided an opportunity to reconnect, report on current events and share new ideas over cocktails and appetizers.  Presentations by the Honourable Ken Cheveldayoff, Wayne Elhard and Doug McNair shared similar themes of economic growth, innovation and collaboration.

Honourable Ken Cheveldayoff, Minister of First Nations and Métis Relations, encouraged the people of Saskatchewan to support the entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and leadership of First Nation and Métis people.

The excitement of economic growth and development in the Province was evident as Wayne Elhard, Chairman of the Board of the Global Transportation Hub, spoke about the current and future development of one of the greatest economic development projects in the Province.

Doug McNair, President of McNair Business Development, spoke about the power of collaboration in business.  He stated that people, process and technology bring rigour, discipline and fresh approaches to each project we work on.  Driving change, achieving results and making a difference is what each member of the McNair team strives to do each day.

We want to thank everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to reflect, collaborate and celebrate the great success of our Province.  We are proud to have hosted such a distinguished and diverse group of guests and even prouder to call you our clients and friends.
